Central Mississippi Medical Center understands family members and friends are an important part of the healing process for our patients and we welcome you to visit. Normal visiting hours are 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. Please be advised, however, that different hours may exist in areas such as CMMC’s Family Birth Place, the Intensive Care Unit, NICU, etc.
Patients are permitted having someone stay with them overnight. Arrangements for securing linens should be made at the Nurses Desk.
You and your family are encouraged to contact Guest Relations with any concerns or questions about your hospitalization as we want to hear about your concerns. Any patient/family contact made concerning problems or other issues will be treated confidentially, and we assure you that any call will not compromise the care received or access to care.
CMMC’s Guest Relations staff will also see that your words of appreciation are conveyed appropriately. You may contact Guest Relations at (601) 376-2914 or (601) 376-1997 from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. After hours, please call the hospital operator at (601) 376-1000.
