Central Mississippi Medical Center is please to welcome Dr. Freda D. Thompson, OB/GYN to its active medical staff and the practice of Samuel F. Brown, M.D.
Dr. Thompson received a medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, Dominica, West Indies. She served as chief resident the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center; University Hospital in New Orleans, LA; Touro Hospital in New Orleans, LA and University Medical Center in Lafayette, LA. She completed a residency in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, MI.
She is a Neonatal Resuscitation Provider Certified and is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
