Assessment and Referral Services
CMMC Behavioral Health Services offers a no charge comprehensive assessment. This assessment will help determine the level of care that is appropriate for the patient.
If inpatient is needed the counselor will work with
the patient, their family and the Psychiatrist to ensure the patient receives the best care possible. If inpatient is not needed, the counselor will work with the patient and their family to find outpatient services that best fit the needs of the patient.
The team of professionals at Central Mississippi Medical Center cares about our patients and is committed to meeting their special needs.
For a clinical, no-charge assessment or a community liaison, call (601) 376-2600 or
(877) 893-5350.
CMMC Behavioral Health Services realizes the importance of continuing care once a patient has been admitted to an acute psychiatric facility. We will work together as a treatment team with the patient and family to find the patient continuing care after discharge. We will follow up with the patient after discharge to ensure an easy transition has been made back into the community.
